Rachel has been working at the intersection of culture, health and social change for the last 17 years. Initially working as an artist and producer with organisations such as the National Portrait Gallery, the London Symphony Orchestra and the NHS, she has devised and delivered site-specific, socially engaged programmes with marginalised communities in, amongst other places, prisons, hospitals, addiction centres and refugee centres.
As a leader of arts and social change organisations, Rachel is invested in embedding inclusive systems across company policies, systems and cultures, leading with kindness and compassion, and working with staff and communities to share power and decision making that results in programmes and opportunities that are relevant, diverse and inclusive.
She is on a mission to challenge exclusions in the creative industries, empower marginalised voices and create new role models through co-produced and co-curated approaches.
Outside of work Rachel has two small children and a love of being on, near and in the water.

Ollie is responsible for building our organisation’s name and reputation both online and offline, regionally and internationally. He has a longtime interest in culture, the arts, and education which led him first of all to pursue a masters degree in Cultural Studies, before he began work as an English teacher upon graduating. Since then, he’s found a way of marrying his twin interests in photography and culture, working with photography cooperative Test-Shoots and South London music charity, Raw Material, as well as for ourselves.

Sumita provides leadership to the programme team and will work closely with Artistic Director, Kate Whitley, to design, plan and deliver the live events programme. She has worked in music education within orchestras for the past decade and is passionate about breaking down barriers to music for everyone.
Outside of work, Sumita loves to travel, try new food, bake and do park-run on Saturday mornings!

Jeani leads on designing and delivering our work with young people - from engaging school groups for our large-scale performances, engaging young musicians and overseeing our Young Creatives scheme. Outside of MSO, she sings soprano with the South West London Choral Society. Jeani loves musicals, k-dramas and chocolate.

Natasha joined the board of Multi-Story after her youngest children were part of the first projects Multi-Story did with primary schools in Peckham. They loved it so much that Natasha applied to be on the board as soon as there was a chance to do so. In her day job, she is a consultant for a wide range of UK and international charities. For Multi-Story she supports the team on fundraising and how Multi-Story cares for the environment.
Now 17 and 20, her children are still enthusiastic audience members and her son joined the office team for his work experience. He loved it.
