As preparations get underway for our momentous performances of Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring in September, pianists Kate Whitley and Richard Uttley are performing an arrangement for two pianists on one piano.
Originally written for ballet rehearsals, this version is one of the most exciting pieces that exists for piano duet – recreating music for a whole symphony orchestra with just two people on one keyboard!
