We are looking for a new Youth Producer to join the team!

This role will lead on delivering all our work with young people – putting their voices at the heart of everything we do, and enabling them to create and lead our inspirational live performances.

Over the last few years we have developed a new strategy around creatively developing and empowering our musicians and young people. This has resulted in an increase in the scope and scale of our work as we joined the Arts Council National Portfolio last year.

This role will lead on designing and delivering of our work with young people – from engaging school groups for our large-scale performances to recruiting our Young Creatives, a scheme for 16-18 year olds, who create our stories and music. They will be able to input into the design of this work, and will play a key role in shaping what we do at this crucial stage.

We’re looking for someone who not only has the experience and skills to deliver our work but who also wants to work within the Multi-Story ethos to do so. Putting equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything we do, prioritising the wellbeing of everyone we work with, and embedding young people across the organisation are key to what Multi-Story is.

The Youth Producer role will be vital to enabling this and ensuring young people’s voices are at the heart of what we do.

Please see the Application Pack below for more information and details on how to apply.
